hold President Bush accountable for the mismanagement of the Iraq war and his $87 billion supplemental request. From Portland Oregon to Portland Maine, we'll send a strong message that Congress must force the President to face the facts and change course. With soldiers dying nearly every day and more trouble ahead, the stakes are too high for the Senate to sit by and give President Bush a blank check for Iraq.
